Dr. Jason Lyman
Dr. Lyman attended High school in Snowflake and undergrad at ASU. Dental
School was at Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland Oregon in May of 2000. He returned to Holbrook to practice to be close to the great communities in which he and his wife grew up. Holbrook has truly become a second home where he feels he has made lifelong friends.
He enjoys every activity that involves hanging with his family. Either on the lake or playing games at night. Running with his dog has been a good way to unwind after work. He loves to golf but has maintained a questionable swing in spite of lots of time on the course. He loves practicing dentistry mostly because of the great people we have gotten to know in the area.
Dr. Lyman’s practice has been dedicated to trying to get to know and treat families as they grow in this community. He does general dentistry and some braces. Most of our dentistry is accomplished locally, trying to not have to refer patients away for procedures. Recently he has started placing implants in cases where he is confident in their success. Please come by and get to know us. We love having a variety of providers to offer to our patients to find the right person for a lifetime of dental care.
Dr. Clarence Hansen
Dr. Hansen has practiced in Holbrook since 2003. He received his bachelor degree in Biology at ASU and then attended Oklahoma State University.
When not working at the office he is usually out enjoying the outdoors. He loves hunting, hiking, fishing, and camping. He also enjoys boating, skiing, farming, and most importantly spending time with his family.
Dr. Hansen is a native to Joseph City. He loves the small town atmosphere and people of Northern Arizona. He has a way of easing patients fears. He strives to be patient and understanding.
Dr. Kari Fish
Dr. Kari Fish was born and raised in Holbrook, Arizona. After attending Holbrook High School, Dr. Fish went to Arizona State University in Tempe to complete her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and play softball for the Sun Devils. She then continued her education at Arizona State University and earned her master’s degree in Exercise and Wellness. After working as an educator, college softball coach, and sport performance coach for many years, Dr. Fish started dental school at the Roseman University of Health Sciences. After graduating dental school in April 2020, she moved back to her hometown in Holbrook, and joined the practice.
Dr. Fish is excited to be back in Arizona, particularly back to her hometown. She is a member of the American Dental Association, as well as the Academy of General Dentistry. When she isn’t practicing dentistry, Dr. Fish and her husband enjoy spending time with their kids and family, riding horses, traveling, camping, and enjoying their time back in the best state.
Jennifer Sullivan
Jennifer has been a resident of Holbrook for over 20 years. She grew up in Woodruff and is married with 5 beautiful daughters. She received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene at NAU. She loves to camp, garden and read a good book.
Jennifer hopes to help all of her patients achieve the best oral health and she will make you laugh!
Lexi Dewitt
Lexi graduated from NAU with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2018. She loves working in Northern Arizona. This is home! Lexi listens to the patients and makes sure that they are comfortable. She strives to provide a positive and comprehensive dental experience that will help each patient have the best dental and overall health. She loves to learn about her patients and what is important to them. She is also happy to be at Holbrook Family Dentistry and looks forward to serving her friends and family to Northern Arizona. In her spare time she loves spending time with her family. She is the mother of three and spends much of her time chasing kids and enjoying her circus. Her and her family love to hunt, bike, hike, camp, and enjoy our beautiful Arizona.
Mickelle Goodrich
Mickelle graduated from NAU with a bachelor of science degree in dental hygiene in 2020. She has been working with Holbrook family Dental since September 2021. Mickelle grew up in Snowflake, Az. She enjoys working as a dental hygienist and being able to meet all different kinds of people. Mickelle enjoys spending time with her family, whether it be camping or playing card games. She likes to bake all kinds of goodies and play racquetball with her husband. Mickelle is excited to get to know the patients of this office better and make each patient feel at home.
